Opened On-Live Products

Due to the unique nature of our products and services, all opened on-live products are non-refundable. Once your order has been opened live, we are unable to issue a refund.

Ship-Sealed Orders

For ship-sealed orders, we offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • Your item must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

  2. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back.

Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We strive for quality, but if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at go4pokegold@yahoo.com immediately. We’ll evaluate the issue and work with you to find the best solution.

Refund Process
